Kathi manages all Human Resources functions for the Critical Process Systems Group family of companies, including recruitment and retention; compensation; benefit strategy, management and plan design; employee relations; policies, process and procedures; retirement plans; legal compliance; worker's compensation and HR regulations; and ensuring compliance with unions.
Prior to joining the CPS Group, Kathi worked as a Director of Compensation/Benefits and HR Systems, Benefits and Salary Manager, Senior Benefits Analyst, HR/Benefits, Compensation & Systems Analyst and a Budget Analyst. Her experience includes working at Burton Snowboards, IDX Systems Corporation, Associates in Rural Development, Phibro Energy and Putnam Investments.
Kathi holds a BA degree in Management from Simmons College and holds certifications as Certified Benefits Professional and Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work.
