Jay is the Director of Information Technology at Critical Process Systems Group, leading the IT initiatives across the Group. In addition to managing a team of IT professionals, Jay is responsible for overseeing all information system technology operations needed to meet the business requirements of each company within the Group. In his role, Jay establishes IT policies and systems to support the strategic initiatives and goals of the Critical Process Systems Group.

Jay has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His background includes working with the Visiting Nurse Association, IT consulting firm SymQuest Group, and leading an IT team at Cabot Creamery. His experience spans all aspects of IT including system design and configuration, project management and engineering. Jay attended Community College of Vermont for a degree in Computer Science.
